My name is Iwona Andrews. I am a Talent & Executive coach, trainer and consultant of HR and intercultural communication with many years of experience in business, including being an HR manager in a large international consulting company.
Finding my path was not easy and I was looking for it by taking up many professional roles in various business areas. Eventually, I landed my dream job in the HR department of my dream company. I have gone through all areas of HR, I experienced the pros and cons of working in a corporation. I realized that becoming a successful person depends on self-awareness and authenticity. I saw that those who are the most “successful” are not those who copy others, but those who know their resources, talents and use them wisely.
After starting my family, I decided to leave the corporate world to set up my own company. At this point, balancing my career and family life became my top priority. I knew that in order to successfully combine the roles of a business owner, mother and wife, I had to find a professional area in which I would be good, realize my potential and express my uniqueness, while staying true to myself.
In search of my “sweet spot,” I undertook multiple development projects and collaborated with global companies while intensively learning various development methods. Throughout my professional and life experiences, I discovered how to help my clients discover their talents and resources, create a new vision of themselves, and function effectively in their life and work, so they can achieve their success with ease while staying true to themselves.
