Workshop Take Flight learning with DISC
The Take Flight with DISC program includes a fun and deeply engaging workshop that helps individuals identify what type of bird they resemble, based on a special typology. During the workshop, participants will explore their dominant behavioral style, corresponding to a symbolic archetype: Eagle, Parrot, Dove, or Owl.
By using the analogy of birds, individuals can gain a deeper understanding of themselves and others, along with insights into why certain relationships are more successful. By knowing one’s behavioral style, individuals can spread their wings with DISC and improve personal performance.
During the workshop, participants will engage in skill development and performance improvement activities, discovering four styles that can transform interpersonal interactions.
The training helps participants:
- Increase self-awareness of their behavioral tendencies and the impact of behavior on personal and group success.
- Understand and appreciate the differences between individuals.
- Learn conflict resolution skills, minimizing stress and tension.
- Build trust and respect among team members.
- Improve communication skills and morale.
- Identify ways to improve relationships and performance.
The Take Flight with DISC program is a valuable learning experience that helps individuals achieve personal and professional success by leveraging their strengths and behavioral style.
Why is it worth taking part in the training?

Take Flight Learning with DISC™ is a training program that increases awareness of individual and collective behavior. Participants quickly discover that they share a lot in common with people of the same “bird species”.

The respect, teamwork, and trust inspired by the Take Flight Learning with DISC™ approach build an environment where all team members can thrive.

The program builds a lively and interactive environment for discussions and exercises that emphasize each style’s approach to stress, time management, feedback, conflict, and change management. The training uncovers the hidden dimension of one’s behavioral style, explaining why we say and do certain things. Participants develop strategies to maximize their natural abilities, improving relationships at all levels.
