DIAGNOSTICS
Diagnostics plays a crucial role in deepening self-awareness, which is essential for personal and professional development. Various tests and assessments can offer insights into areas we are already aware of as well as those that are yet undiscovered. Assessments can help us organize and identify areas of strength and potential. I work with various diagnostic tools such as Gallup Clifton CliftonStrengths, DISC, D3, and ADV, to help my clients achieve complete self-awareness.
COACHING
The primary focus of coaching is to help clients achieve their intended goals and bring about gradual changes towards development. My approach is to assist clients in achieving their desired success in harmony with themselves. I employ a blend of coaching and mentoring techniques while working with the different hemispheres of the brain. I use both hard and soft skills in my processes such as career coaching, Gallup’s talents, leadership, and executive coaching.

TRAINING
My goal in training is to equip participants with new knowledge and skills and broaden their self-awareness and insight into others. Group learning presents a unique opportunity for observation while offering a safe and practical exchange of ideas and skill sets. Participants get to know themselves better by integrating and interacting with others. I provide workshops that include Discovery – Discover Your Strengths, Take Flight Learning with DISC, and ReDISCovering Conflict.
