Gallup CliftonStrengths

Gallup CliftonStrengths is a psychometric tool that measures the intensity of 34 traits known as talents. These talents are arranged chronologically, based on their level of dominance, with the top ten being the dominant talents (the top five receiving the greatest emphasis), through supporting, to the lesser talents. Talents are defined as natural patterns of thinking, feeling, and behavior that can be leveraged effectively. The tool helps individuals identify their natural talents, the areas where their potential resides, and how to best utilize that potential.

It provides answers to important questions such as:

  • What are your natural talents?
  • How do you operate and get things done?
  • How do you perceive reality and analyze information?
  • How do you establish and maintain relationships?
  • What motivates you and gives you energy?

DISC

The DISC test measures the intensity of 4 behavioral styles in a person and provides information about the communication style, decision-making level, resistance to stress, attitude towards change or analytical skills. It greatly expands self-awareness and explains how people create and relate with others, and how this area can be improved.

DISC stands for: Dominant, Influencing, Steady, Compliance.

DISC provides answers to questions:

  • What is your style of behavior?
  • What is your natural stress response?
  • How do you deal with difficult, crisis situations?
  • What value do you bring to the organization?

DISC D3 combines 4 analyzes:
