ReDISCovering Conflict workshop with DISC
The Conflict Resolution Workshop is designed to help individuals and teams deal with conflicts effectively, utilizing a deep understanding of different personality styles and how these styles handle disagreements. The workshop builds on the insights gained during the Take Flight with DISC program, linking eagles, parrots, doves, and owls with human and organizational conflicts.
During the workshop, participants will:
- Learn that there are predictable patterns and rhythms in conflict development, escalation, and resolution.
- Discover how to flexibly adapt to others, instead of imposing their natural approach to conflict management on others.
- Learn how to deal effectively with conflicts through the adaptive chameleon technique.
Specifically, participants will learn:

How to determine when a conflict is caused by style.

Why each style engages or avoids conflicts.

How to shift mindset from blame to problem-solving.

Coping skills for stress and emotions during a conflict.

How to mitigate conflict triggering responses in each style to avoid escalation.

Strategies for managing the conflict tactics used by each style.

Techniques for making one’s style more flexible to connect with others during conflict.
The Conflict Resolution Workshop is an invaluable learning experience that helps individuals and teams deal with conflicts in an effective and strategic manner, building trust, rapport and cooperation among team members for mutual success.
