The Business Model You coaching process consists of six coaching sessions, each spaced two weeks apart and lasting 90 minutes. During these sessions, we’ll gather crucial information about who you are and what you have to offer to gain a deeper understanding of your resources. It’s highly recommended that you fill in one of the personality tests described on my www such as DISC, D3, ADV, or CliftonStrengths or bring a different personality test that you already have.
After each session, there will be self-work to complete before our next meeting. Whether we meet face-to-face or online, the aim of these six sessions is to guide you through the four stages of the coaching process: diagram creation, reflection, diagram revision, and testing options.
By the end of our sessions, you will have a comprehensive plan for your career development, including a visual model of your work and newfound clarity regarding your role and value to employers, colleagues, and customers. This plan will help you make key decisions about career progression and take confident steps toward realizing your professional goals.
